What's for Dinner, Tues., April 15, 2025

Tuna melt on ciabatta roll.

Even though the recipe doesn't call for it, I have a banana pepper I'm going to slice and serve over it. Also chopped parsley.

I hope I can find some potato chips as a crunchy to go with it.

I apologize for no thread last night. I was on the run but stopped at home to do the thread. I think I was in such a rush I clicked preview and then thought I'd posted it. Instead I shut off my computer and returned to my errands. It was only later that night when I checked to see what everybody else did for dinner that I saw there was no thread.
Sorry everybody.

For dessert tonight, Morello cherries on top of soft serve ice cream.

Banana peppers GOOD! Had a couple on 'Italian subway' sandwich, along with sun chips.

Leftover again today, Hagen Daz coffee ice cream for dessert.

starting a thread, but . . oh well.

Tonight I'm having a toss salad, goulash and a sweet potato 🥔.

Small bowl of Butter Pecan ice cream before bedtime.

Good Evening

Somewhere between soup and stew.

H/M chicken stock, green beans, black-eyed peas, Yukon potato, onion, thyme, hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and of course, bratwurst (but not too much).
