Vegetarian breakfast burritos, more coffee and yogurt in a bit.

Having my coffee with cream right now. Will be having a similar breakfast here shortly. 3 eggs over medium, potatoes, whole wheat toast. Typically we have the same thing on Sunday with a breakfast meat of some kind. They had center cut bacon on sale last week, so I imagine that is what’s on tap for tomorrow. Enjoy….

4. Melon

Last night I cut up a Crenshaw melon, and found it was wonderfully sweet. I added cotton candy grapes to the mix, so I’ll have a fruit salad.

I’m thinking about making a sweetened banana yogurt “dressing“ for it and putting toasted walnuts on top.

Toasted banana nut muffin to go with it.

Emile, that kitty is a rather aggressive alarm clock!

But compared to the size of the human being wakened,

that makes sense!

It is cold here again today and I have gardening work I want to do. I will hold off until tomorrow because it will be 57, and going up to 63 for two days in a row after that.

8. It beautiful hete today, sunny and warm. I been

cutting and splitting a dead elm tree. Now my lower back hurts, but it was nice being outside.
