Authorities are investigating in an effort to identify and locate whoever is responsible for this alleged cruelty, but no suspects have been identified so far.

did a lot less than that, to his dog, and we gave him 60 days in Jail to think about it........Then, he wanted the dog back, and the judge said NFW......it has been adopted to a really nice home, and there are no records of who adopted him..............
