I have a question for the smart people

No snark intended.

Does passing the CR directly authorize Elon musk and his Doges hit squad to do what they want? How does the CR impact the current court cases and does it limit what can be challenged going forward?

I don't know JM. This link from 2023 suggests courts may stay open for at least two weeks after the shutdown JohnSJ Mar 2025 #3

At all, is there a text of the CR that specified what powers would be given away? Or is his statement more along the lines that we need to stop what they've been doing by shutting it all down?

I forgot that courts would theoretically shut down too.
Hence the request for smart people to address this lol.
Thank you JohnSJ
