1. Trump logic. On one hand encourage more (white) babies. On the other hand make that more expensive and hassle filled.

I guess to be a true Trumpanista you must have your logic circuits completely disconnected. We want to on shore more manufacturing and want to use tariffs to incentivize that but we don't think maybe first getting all the US based infrastructure, tax incentives, etc, to make that work quickly done (or even called for at all yet) would maybe help that. Per eLoon, Vance, etc. we need to be making more babies right now because somehow we could depopulate very soon. But, lets cut or eliminate government programs that might incentivize parents, despite the costs and life complications that kids cost, to have some/more kids. Yeah, sure, all this makes sense and will work....never.
