Nvidia expands Seattle footprint with new lease
Nvidia Corp. (Nasdaq: NVDA) is snatching up more office space in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood.
The chip-making giant is leasing space at Fremont Lake Union Center at 701 N. 34th St., according to permits applications filed with the city last week.
CoStar data shows a fourth-floor lease for about 28,000 square feet signed in September. City permit filings name Nvidia as the tenant.
A spokesperson for Nvidia declined to comment.
