to attend school there or rent/buy a home there and was refused. Churches own rental properties and private schools so what is the difference here?

He's scared shitless about facing Paxton in a race for the Senate---and so am I. That's all we Texans need at this point: Representation in the U.S. Senate by Paxton and Cruz.
