Nomination papers now available for Marlborough's 2025 city election

Nomination papers for those seeking municipal office in this fall's municipal election in Marlborough are now available, according to a community announcement.

The municipal election is set for Nov. 4, with a preliminary election (if needed) on Sept. 16.

Positions up for election include mayor (two-year term), four councilors-at-large (two-year terms), seven ward councilors (two-year terms) and three School Committee members (four-year terms), according to the announcement.

Registered voters interested in running for office can pick up nomination papers at the City Clerk’s Office until 5 p.m. on Friday, July 25. All completed nomination papers must be returned to the City Clerk’s Office for signature certification by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29.
