Carper announces retirement from the Senate in 20 months.

He has spoken to Lisa Blunt-Rochester and would support her campaign if she chooses to run for his spot. He gave her a head's up on his announcement this morning.

Gotta keep Delaware blue!!!

And in my opinion he is supporting the right person to take his seat
