Seriously? WAY too tall for this neighborhood. It's absurd. An eyesore. Belongs downtown, maybe closer to Van Ness at least. Not mid-Market.

though the land at Market at Duboce should be more solid than the bay fill downtown.
It's a monstrosity, anyway you look at it.
The same thing happened with Fox Plaza around ninth and Market, yet somehow the City survived.
