Cumulonimbus storm clouds like to put on multimedia shows. Ellen Rosner...enjoyed one as a storm rolled over Madison, Wisconsin, US. ‘I’ve never seen lightning at the same time as a rainbow before,’ she said. There would, of course, have been the sonic component of thunder in the mix too. It was powerful storm system, Ellen explained. ‘Just a little earlier, we had a major hail storm with baseball-sized hail crashing through car windows.’ That’s a bit too multimedia, actually.
