The yellow dots towards the bottom of the frame capture the motion of a liten'n bug (as called here in Texas) as it flew along about its business that now long ago summer's night

I recall, that when first I saw the image as the APOD (Astronomy Picture Of the Day), my impression was that the enhancement sliders had been pushed a bit too far right.

Now, in a world which has definitely been pushed (pulled, rather) too far right, I am happy for all the enhancement I can find.

The photographer, Anton Komlev, clearly also felt the need for such magical enhancement—after all, he lived in a country which has been being dragged into existential darkness for much longer than have we.
