A Trip on the Grand Canyon Ltd From LA to the Grand Canyon-Featuring Santa Fe 3751 (New Soundtrack)

The ‘Grand Canyon Limited‘ was a steam-powered excursion train that operated in 2014 on a 3-day journey from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon & was pulled by Santa Fe 4-8-4 type steam locomotive #3751.

On this trip I only took still photos & since I wanted to make a presentation on the Grand Canyon Limited, this slide presentation will have to do.

Hope you enjoy!

We took a day trip from Atlanta to the N. GA mountains once, really special experience. I do remember that by the time we got back all the windows of our car were covered in soot!

I actually prefer the still photos; the videos are harder to watch what with the movement of the train and so on. The still photo is much easier to focus on.

Beautiful trip!
