We had heavy rain and strong winds for most of the day here in Lancaster, PA. At about 6 PM the sun came out and I took this photo of a double rainbow from my back deck.

Thanks for the picture. I am visiting near Baltimore. I ran outside when the sun streamed through, but no rainbow. Didnt it rain, tho!!
