He appeared as "Micky Dolenz" in an episode of "Adam-12" that you might be lucky to catch. I saw that episode a few years back. I wasn't paying attention, and I didn't notice him. When his name popped up in the credits, that caught my eye.

Back to Neil Diamond:

Mon Feb 28, 2022: CBS broadcast "Hot August Night" a few years back. Suitably, on a hot night in August.

I thought, "I'll just watch a few minutes of this." Nope. It was great. Terrific show. It's out there. You can find it. I'd love to have the DVD.

Edited: after looking around at YouTube, I think the one I saw was a much later remake of the original. I know I wasn't watching a performance from 1972. So I saw "Hot August Night II," or whatever. It's still worth viewing.
