2. It was used throughout John Boorman's film Excalibur.

I am the child of two musicians and listened to a lot of classical and Big Band music growing up. I never heard this piece until that movie. Maybe my parents weren’t Wagner fans. Not sure why. The Nazis loved Wagner and my parents were in the war, so maybe….I’ll never know
