Detecting AI writing style + false positives.

What is the writing style of people who are thoroughly literate but not particularly creative?
Is it not a subconscious imitation of other writing styles they see all the time, such as in newspapers?

Therefore, as AI slop becomes more pervasive, ordinary human writing will tend to converge with it.

Historically speaking, most of the art, literature, music, inventions, and even knowledge itself created by humans were crap.

But enough of it was good or great, that it made the world we have today.
