In Wisconsin I am not sure I've ever heard an "Ope", but I do hear "Oops" on a regular basis
Especially among people too nice to say "oh s**t" or "oh f**k" when things go wrong.
Is this one of those new verbal short cuts for people who like one syllable words, or something your boss is going to want to hear.

Other than a local brewery in west allis Wisconsin, its not a thing here either

But, I don't think "ope" is how it's spelled. It's kind of like a shortened form of "oops," just "op."

(242 posts)9. I can imagine a shortening evolving.
It may be that 'oops' I'm more familiar with was once 'oopsie-daisy'
I can also imagine spellings that don't closely follow pronunciations
