2. Given the state where it happened

if the guy had been black he would have been thrown to the ground in seconds, handcuffed, repeatedly tasered and then shot dead for "resisting arrest and endangering an officer". All of the cops would have sworn they were in fear for their lives and swear they saw a gun. An investigation of the shooting would, of course, indicate that the officers were completely justified in their response.

7. There is a BBC clip of it being pulled up but nothing showing it started. Although there is filming of the driver being

arrested earlier with some mumbled exchange about the battery.
