I think that's Deep Purple, Smoke on the water, fire in the sky. I listened to that on my radio back in 1973? on KFAT radio. A California FM radio station off the Highway 101, not too far from the coast. Loved it.

Given it's dogs who we know can't sing & play, it's probably closer to harmless, as long as their paying Deep Purple for song rights.
Yeah, it's not exactly Smoke on the Water, but clearly a lift. And, that is definitely Ian Gillan's voice they're using.
