I recently discovered (for myself) black garlic - it is delicious as a spread - perhaps a bit like fig jam.

Roasted and spread on Italian bread toast is so delicious just on it's own. ( I guess technically that's garlic bread) Black garlic is so much milder.

I just discovered Better Than Buillion roasted garlic. Just putting in a skillet with some chili oil and butter with some pasta is so good. Throw in some tuna or shrimp and it's delicious.
