We came here in nonphysical form entirely. As an energy capsule sort of thing. Once w e got here we borrowed DNA from the life forms that were thriving here and evolved into us.

I admit, I haven't heard that one before... is that like a scientology-based offshoot theory?

It was like a thought that popped into my head while involved in a hearty, multi-person conversation, while watching a lunar eclipse, about how we got here and stand out from all other life forms yet share a major commonality with their DNA structure. Don't know if that idea ever occurred to anyone else, I usually keep it to myself.

Just because we haven't figured out how define some things doesn't mean they aren't possible or don't exist.

The seeds of life are universal. They just need to land on a life-sustaining planet.
