Trump's West Point Rant Faced Protests and More Bad News For Him
On Friday, demonstrators gathered to protest against JD Vance at the US Naval Academy graduation. Yesterday, we saw another crowd outside of the West Point graduation, where Trump was the guest of dishonor—even wearing his grotesque red maga hat.
The protesters made it clear they were there to support the graduates and to speak out against Trump—waving signs that read “Go Army,” along with different slogans like “Defend Democracy,” “Beat Tyranny,” and “Beat Fascism.” Some even took to kayaks and protested from the Hudson River—the body of water on which West Point sits.
I’m not going to quote Trump, because nothing he said is worth repeating. He acted like it was one of his rallies—ranting and raving like the madman he is. And proving to the entire world once again that he is completely unfit for office.
Meanwhile, corporate media pathetically treated Trump’s tirade as if it were normal. Maybe it’s normal for him, but there’s absolutely nothing normal about anything he does. I’m not surprised, but I’ll always expect better for America.
