Blanche: Epstein Files 'Should Not Be a Part of Anything Going Forward' at DOJ
Source: The Hill
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is taking heat for seeking to distance himself from the Epstein files, saying they should not be a part of anything going forward.
The comments came during an interview late Thursday with Fox Newss Jesse Watters, who asked Blanche if he would agree that the files were not handled well.
Blanche went on to defend fired Attorney General Pam Bondi, saying her removal by President Trump had nothing to do with the investigation into the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
But Blanche also appeared to suggest the Department of Justice (DOJ) should now be able to turn the page on the saga.

We need to stomp out this narrative immediately.

(12,296 posts)It's not a matter of choice. Produce the files or Congress will send a strongly worded letter asking you to pretty please release the files.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

(77,376 posts)Donald Trump was part of the largest international criminal syndicate in history. The child sex
trafficking was just a part of it it involved Putin, Musk, Bibi, MBS, money laundering, rape, murder,
kidnapping, Russias Storm 15-16, oligarchs, election rigging, Epstein, Thiel, Wexner, cover ups,*
bank fraud, media manipulation, blackmail, Trump, Melania, Maxwell, and God knows what else.
The crimes were so big that Trump started an unneeded war with Iran to try to hide it.
*. See Blanche and Maxwell going to a country club prison and getting puppies.

But he's a mob lawyer, hand-picked by Trump, and will do whatever the orange man tells him to do.
If there were nothing incriminating in those files, they would be open for viewing - obviously this is a massive attempt at cover up.

(1,592 posts)He has survived as Trump's mob lawyer for some time and has shown he's willing to go pretty far to protect him. But Trump will push harder now because any wrongdoing by the AG might not spill over on Trump himself in the legal sense. But make no mistake, Trump is pulling the strings now.
