Friendly reminder, if you're out in this heat and your ears start to feel clogged that is a sign of heat sickness and you need to cool off and hydrate immediately. I found this out a few years ago in Paris when it was in the 90's after hiking up the Arc De Triumph. Another tip: there's an elevator and you really don't have to take the tiny stairs.
Play it safe in the heat. I've fallen out a few times.

(78,345 posts)So be it. My humanity is gone for them. 100 F temperatures can kill. I will always remember
I was working on one of my native plant projects and it was + 90 F for about an hour or so killing
non native invasive stuff by just putting a drop or two of herbicide on them for about an hour I and
it was not really hard work but stressful in that I had to make sure that I was I.D. ing the right plants
and I was being exacting in what I was doing but when I got back to my F-150 and took a drink of the
water and ice I had my body went into spasms and I was throwing up. I got back home turned on the
A. C. and took a cool shower. It took me @ least 2 days to recover.
Even today I did a little work in Ohio and the temps were 99 to 102 and after I went inside I just
passed out for a few hours.
Who planned this shit show?
