is right up there with the others.

Anyone who did not catch it live should find it online and watch it.

It's a crying shame that his masterful, hard work was basically wasted thanks to Merrick Garland and our legal system that moves at a snail's pace.

Smith even states it was not a partisan action, reaction or decision on his part--just following the law and doing his job.
