Trump attacking Iran and not in defense of the United States? Humanitarian crisis. Etc.

ie they could hold an SC vote, and the USA would veto it (like Russia vetoes votes against it) or they could hold a general assembly vote, which is purely symbolic.

Cuba would be a more realistic area for the UN to push for a solution to a humanitarian crisis. The problem in Iran is bombs, and the UN can't stop those. Members could try and take oil to Cuba for humanitarian purposes, and dare Trump to stop them (after he let his mate Putin take a ship in).
