Back on December 12th I received a package from UPS and the driver could not deliver until I handed him a check for $34.95. https://www.democraticunderground.com/100220863217#post22
Today, I received an invoice from UPS for the same amount.
Been on hold for about 45 minutes....

They may have a second address to send complaints.
Be sure to make a copy for yourself.
I was turned over to a collection agency for $5.04. I had proof it had been paid.
It went on for 2 years.
I now have a paper file and a computer file.
It turned into 24 pages, scanned to the company and the collection agency.
Good news, I haven't heard from them for a while.

(8,126 posts)what gets me is the driver told me he couldn't deliver it without the check... so I guess they're billing me for a package I never received...?

(8,126 posts)was on hold for about an hour and a half. I guess the check I wrote didn't clear the bank fast enough for UPSs' (?) billing services. But when I talked with a rep, my invoice came up as paid and we were done.
