It does sum up what the Trump regime is becoming. But it isn't a meme - it's a Mike Luckovich cartoon. Would highplainsdem 12 hrs ago #4

I mentioned this before, but once again:

It isn't WE, it is a minority of greedy mother fuckers who have warped the perception of another minority with misinformation, propaganda, corrupt legislation and limitless money, not to mention stealing elections and Russian interference.

I know when people use the term"WE" they do not mean DU members, but I still hate lumping so much of our population and politics together. I also think it is demoralizing and unhelpful. It certainly is for me. I get where you are coming from when using the term"WE" and realize that no ill intent is intended. Just something I think is really worth considering.

In my little town I would say 4 out of 5 trucks have "We the People" vinyl stickers in the back windows. Big ones. Do you think those that display these are doing so to be inclusive? "We" means everyone regardless, right? As the framers of the preamble may have intended. Okay maybe the framers did not actually work to include everyone but the spirit of unanimity was intended, maybe hoped for.
I do not know...maybe it has always been us and them.
