ICE has been on a tear filming protesters to look them up in their database using facial recognition software. He was doing it to go after her for exercising her 1st Amendment rights.

As I stated on another thread, for all we know, he may have been live streaming on Facebook in order to impress his friends.

When he snapped out if his reverie, he was not mentally sharp enough to properly make life and death decisions. His impaired judgment resulted in the tragedy.
