Don Winslow: "THIS is how you deal with ICE!!"

Last edited Sat Dec 27, 2025, 11:26 AM - Edit history (2)

While we still are - somewhat - a country adhering to the Rule of Law...

Qualified immunity:
"A U.S. legal doctrine shielding government officials, including police, from personal liability in civil lawsuits for constitutional rights violations, UNLESS their conduct violated a clearly established Right."

My spouse wants to donate to the ACLU but is concerned about his name going on a Trump "list" that will later result in arrests. Legitimate concern?

And the more of us are on governmental sh*t lists, the safer we all are.

PS: Lately, I'm seeing advertisements pop up INSIDE my posts. I find this extremely objectionable, since it looks as if I posted and/or endorse the ads, which I don't and won't if I can help it. Anyone else see this happening in their posts?

but then I'm a star member - so of course I wouldn't. No star members will see any ads that pop up in your posts.

And non-star members will have the same think happening to them so they will know that the ads are not from you.

and always, always exert your 1st and 4th Amendment rights.
And, I can't stress this enough, always film the cops, if you don't, sure as hell, they'll violate your Constitutional rights and it ends up your word against theirs and we all know who the courts are going to believe.

I guess he knows many in his audience have shortened attention spans.

I had to watch this one twice because I missed so much the first time. So he got an extra view from me, which might be the point of the chatterbox speed.

requested the LEO to call his supervisor? Or was that after he was arrested?
