11. Hello? Homeland Security?

There are a bunch of armed men running around my neighborhood. They are terrorizing the people and kidnapping some of them at random. None of them show any ID or warrants, so they probably have none. This is an area with a large Hispanic community, so given their violence and their refusal to identify themselves, they must be a criminal band of aliens. Come with a SWAT team or something, because whatever Cartel these guys are from, they are armed to the teeth. Be prepared to shoot first, and ask questions later. I will take a quick photo and send it on, just so you know who the bad guys are.
