I know it won’t get the votes in congress due to the Republican chickenshits, but sending the marines and possibly the national guard goes against the Posse Comitatus Act, so it must be a crime. Trying to impeach Trump won’t succeed, but it will send a message. The Democrats should be raising holy hell in DC, IMO.

Do Town Halls with actual people telling their stories how the Big Ugly Death Bill will devastate them.

It will be up to the people to throw out the billionaires, not Congress, not the courts.

Presidents can be impeached without having committed a crime.

Misdemeanors refers to bad acts, bad conduct, or general incompetence, all of which apply to Trump.

The lawless, un-Constitutional EOs, the ignoring the courts, and the criminal firings of government employees are all grounds for impeachment.

And as correctly noted, the Senate would never convict, but it will establish the fact that Trump was unfit to be president.
