The path out of this is through shareholders and decentralization

I wish I was kidding.

The courts will not stop the spread of fascism.

Protest will need to be sustained, but more importantly everywhere. The best way to protect the people of Los Angeles in the short term is to have so many protests in so many places that they cannot all be subdued by the military.

But the power to end this will lot come from military members coming to their senses either. It will come from the shareholders. The rich. The oligarchs.

Make the protests cause financial damage. Make the protests crash the stock market. Make the protests ruin their crypto values. Crash the housing market.

The quickest way to put an end to this is to hit them in the wallet. Pass it on.

I don’t know. At some level I don’t see how we get out of fascism without everyone having to sacrifice. Don’t know how to do it without asking everyone to pay a price.
I am encouraged by how quickly they seemed to fold when Tesla got its brand attacked, and when the tariffs pissed off the rich.
That, and the logistical necessity to spread protests to so many locations that the police and national guard cannot pick a focused target are all I can see.
Maybe this is the beginning of a conversation or brainstorm.

the path toward 'getting back to normal' must also require economic concessions. It needs to be more than an end to the stupidity, A price must be exacted for tolerating it from day 1.
