3. LAPD needs to show they can handle this. So far Guard appears to be hanging back.

8. If LOE stands for law enforcement, right now the LAPD is under the Democratic Mayor, who is likely

in constant communications with Governor.

I’d kind of like to convince a few percent of trump voters that flipped at last minute and those who didn’t vote that Democrats can handle tough situations, even when outside agitators— like trump and henchmen — are involved.

If a cop above saw them doing it, he could possibly have a right to use lethal enforcement. It's a gray area, but they could potentially kill someone so maybe.

14. We had a protest in my rube red voting town, with close to 35% perhaps missing a paper or two.

The local Hispanic groups had leaders keeping the protesters back several feet from police standing stoically. It was effective. Police didn’t freak out with a bunch of people getting in their face, throwing things, or worse.

So far, we haven’t had much ICE Activity. I think peaceful protests work. When it turns violent, don’t think it does except in certain cases. Don’t think we are there, but trump certainly shake my confidence.
