-- Elon Musk's Tesla is accused of speeding up odometers to push vehicles out of their manufacturers warranty

Claiming the boosting of mileage by upwards of 15%.

What's to stop them from also claiming hard driving, aggressive driving, etc.

that good of a con. Although how he got banks to give him all that money is insane, and he did say that he only used bankruptcy to manage his debt.
